The truth is, New Year’s resolutions have become big business. Like any other major business strategy, there’s no shortage of “click-bait news” designed to sell you something—a product or service—that statistically fails 80% of the time within weeks of your purchase. And that failure is often by design, but they are really good at selling it to you year after year.
Most of what’s being sold isn’t even real or beneficial, at least not for the cost they’re offering it at—even when paired with enticing discounts designed to lure you in. It’s all part of the marketing trap.
So, how do you find true health in today’s overwhelming social media feeds, which scream at you from every direction, getting louder and more overwhelming by the day? Most of these messages come with a sense of urgency—talk about adding unnecessary stress!
• Buy now
• Before the year ends
• Before the sale ends
• Before it runs out
• Before you miss out!
But is it really worth it?
I feel like most of this overwhelming health and wellness advice—warnings, products, and services—has become a form of stressful content that’s literally defeating the purpose of health and wellness.
The truth is, health and wellness are not as complicated as they make it sound. I’m here to share with you a very simple formula that took me 50 years to discover. After making this very simple New Year’s resolution five years ago, it became the foundation of a healing journey that helped me achieve better health and happiness, including amazing results like:
• Reversing obesity—even during menopause.
• Reversing diabetes without expensive investments.
• Reversing many of my chronic diseases.
This included reducing my thyroid medication and eliminating chronic back and knee joint issues—not to mention the stress, anxiety, and near depression I was feeling in my late 40s. And the icing on the cake? A thriving business with my two sons! All of this started with a simple commitment.
This commitment was not sold to me by anyone, nor did it cost me anything other than belief and repetition. So today, I’d like to share the foundation of my success, which can be summed up in one word: love.
The Foundation: Love is Gratitude
I define love with one word: gratitude.
Even the word love has become a big business, defined in many ways through products and services. But again, the truth is that you cannot buy love. Love is real, and you must have it as the main ingredient to feel gratitude.
The real meaning of love is rooted in faith, which requires gratitude.
It’s this state of gratitude that gives you magical healing power. Again, you can’t buy it, and no one can sell it to you. You must acquire it by making a decision. It’s as simple as that.
I believe this one word is the key and the most important part of your healing journey because the truth is, health—like life—is a journey. There are highs, lows, and many moments in between. It’s a constant movement of energy—energy you process through your consumption and digestion.
Yes, gratitude is an actual ingredient that you are consuming and digesting. It’s invisible, just like faith, but it is the most powerful nutrient you can feed yourself. So, how do you acquire it? By being present—fully submitted to your Creator and your situation. Detach yourself from trying to be the creator and embrace being a grateful servant of your Creator.
Over the course of my 54 years, I’ve experienced many highs and many lows. The only thing that kept me together and resulted in success was being in a state of submission to my Creator—not pretending that I am, God forbid, the creator. There is a difference.
The Illusion of Control
In today’s society, too many people are misleading us to believe that we are in control of everything. That belief is not only misleading but dangerous. Misleading information will never help you heal. The sooner you can retire the illusion of being in complete control of your life, the sooner you can find peace in your situation.
That is the core essence of success.
Now, I see myself as the CEO—the Chief Executive Officer—of my body, my family, my loved ones, my career, my community, and my customers. The buck stops with me. My choices determine how I steer my ship: toward safety and health or danger and inflammation, toward peace or violence.
I’m not here to give you a long list of individual decisions to find your peace or zen. Instead, I want to give you a simple formula to continuously return to the value and importance of peace within you.
What I’m Offering
I like to do things a little differently. I believe that by giving genuine value, it will return to me in the future—often multiplied—because giving is reciprocal.
What I’m offering you to start the first day of 2025 is completely FREE.
No attachments. No click-bait linked to my products or services. This offering is also the foundation of my success—both personally and professionally. It’s the most effective biohacking technology you can ever receive.
The Zen Within: Love is Gratitude
We can’t talk about health and wellness without discussing the zen within you—the inner peace I define with one word: love.
The essence of true love is unconditional, and its foundation is gratitude.
The Antidote: Gratitude
Once you master the art of gratitude—no matter what—nothing can hurt you, and nothing can stop you. The doors of infinity and abundance are open.
It’s simple. It’s powerful. And yet, because it can’t be packaged and sold, not enough people talk about it. But you must seek it yourself.
Recognize:
• Fear is not real.
• Faith is real.
• Being grateful in your current moment—regardless of lack, fear of loss, or sadness from past trauma—is the antidote.
If you take just five minutes every morning to sit with this truth, a powerful biochemical transformation will begin. Did I mention this technology is completely free? It’s right at your fingertips, requiring no effort beyond being present. I call this magical moment “finding your zen.”
How to Find Your Zen
To deepen this incredible, God-given, effortless technology—backed by countless scientific studies on the power of prayer and meditation—start today with five minutes of peace.
Repeat this practice five times a day:
• Early morning
• Lunchtime
• Pre-dinner
• After dinner
• Before bed
This totals just 25 minutes a day—less than 2% of your time.
The Power of Gratitude
Gratitude is the ultimate power to begin the healing journey. It shifts your focus to the incredible gifts you already have. It’s in the little things:
• The ability to see, walk, talk, breathe, eat, and drink.
• The love of family and friends.
In an instant, you can replace lack, fear, and sadness with an abundance of things to be grateful for.
This is the power of zen—it contributes to peace within your cells. Your thoughts translate into biological reality through hormones and neurons, which act as messengers of safety and repair or danger and violence.
Obviously, you want safety and repair.
Final Thoughts
This simple practice of finding and holding on to your zen can help you achieve peace—for free.
Here’s to a life filled with love, which is rooted in your heart being filled with gratitude.
Be better than well. Be zen.
