3 Ingredient Bagels

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Zen basil seeds

1 cup almond flour

1 cup yogurt

2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Shape into bagels.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Optional: For a sweet treat, dip in melted dark chocolate or your favorite nut butter!

Serving: 6-7 bagels
