Zen Basil Seeds Nature Cereal From F-Factor
INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
1/2 cup (8 oz) water
1 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 tsp ribboned mint
1 Tbsp ZenBasil Basil Seeds
1/3 cup ice
PREPARATIONS:
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Stir and enjoy.
