Zen Basil Seed Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Zen Basil Seeds

2 scoops 20/20 vanilla protein

2 Tbsp flaxseed meal

2 Tbsp PB2

1 cup almond milk

1 cup ice

 

Process:

Place all ingredients in blender and pulse to desired consistency.
