Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp Zen Basil Seeds

2 tbsp yogurt (Greek yogurt or any yogurt of your choice)

3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1/2 cup mashed blackberries

Sliced strawberries for topping

Honey for drizzling

Directions:
