Goat Cheese Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 scoops vanilla or unflavored protein powder

2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries

2 oz goat cheese (soft, creamy style)

2 cups milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

1 cup ice

2 Tbsp alulose (or sweetener of choice)

Dash of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy cold!
