Why This Matters

Most protein snacks on the market are made with inexpensive, highly processed ingredients designed for shelf life and margins, not bioavailability.

This recipe is different. It’s built from real food sources that support digestion, satiety, and sustained energy.

You won’t find many products like this on shelves, because it’s simply too expensive to produce at scale.

Make your own. Keep it simple. Eat real.
