Ingredients:
2 cups nuts, chopped small
(pecans, cashews, walnuts, or a mix)
2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
1 cup chocolate chips or raisins
7 oz can sweetened condensed coconut milk
1/3 cup creamy nut butter
(almond butter, peanut butter, etc.)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup Zen Basil Seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
Scoop about ¼ cup of batter per cookie onto the baking sheet.
Press firmly to shape (these don’t spread).
Bake for 15–17 minutes, until just golden.
Let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
