1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup Zen Basil Seeds
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of sea salt
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, Zen Basil Seeds, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, vanilla, melted coconut oil (or butter), egg, and egg yolk until smooth.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Transfer batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden around the edges and set in the center.
Let cool before slicing into bars.
