Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup Zen Basil Seeds
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, egg, egg yolk, and maple syrup until smooth.
Add the almond flour, Zen Basil Seeds, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Press the dough evenly into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
