Ingredients
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups plain yogurt
2 cups almond flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Zen Basil Seeds, for topping
Sesame seeds, for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, and salt until smooth.
Add the almond flour and baking powder. Mix until fully combined.
Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan.
Generously sprinkle the top with Zen Basil Seeds and sesame seeds.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
