1/2 cup yogurt
Dash of salt

Instructions
Mix Zen Basil Seeds with milk and let sit for 5 minutes to hydrate.
Add yogurt and a dash of salt. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight for best texture).
Before serving, drizzle with melted dark chocolate, sprinkle with crushed pistachios, and finish with a pinch of sea salt.
