1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup water
1 tsp–1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 serving Zen Basil pudding (family meal prep recipe)
Instructions
Make the pistachio protein milk:
Add pistachios, cottage cheese, milk, water, and sweetener to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.Pour into a cup or jar.
Add Zen Basil Seed pudding mix
Mix and stir
