Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup Zen Basil Seeds

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, Zen Basil Seeds, and maple syrup until smooth.

  3. Add the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, cacao, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Press the dough evenly into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking dish.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.

  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
