• 3 c arugula
• 1 c celery, chopped
• ½ c red onion, sliced
• ½ c cooked lentils
• 1 serving Biohack Protein
• Juice + zest of 1 lemon
• 2 oz cheese (optional)
• 3 dates, chopped
• 1 medium strawberry, sliced
• Handful pecans
• Handful pistachios
• 1 tsp honey drizzle
• Salt + pepper to taste
Dressing (in-bowl):
• Juice + zest of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp honey (already listed above)
